Today we again celebrated five team members making a difference at P1 Manufacturing through living out our values on a daily basis. This time, instead of leaders nominating someone, we changed up the voting by simply having each team member cast one vote per value for the employee they believe most deserves it. With a 92% engagement rate, we were all inspired to see who won, and each winner fully deserves the recognition. Congratulations to you all!
