After nearly two years of celebrating our values on a quarterly basis, we’re happy to share that building a values driven company is absolutely worth it! It isn’t common for a businesss to choose values over profit, but we’re learning that it benefits everyone and pays off in the long run.
Last week we celebrated five team members who were each recognized for living out a particular value on a consistent basis. Apart from receiving recognition from leadership and fellow team members, they each also receive a $1000 check as a small way of saying “thank you for your example”.
